That is a good question! I would like you to contact us and find out why so many of our customers keep coming back to Premier Flooring to replace their flooring or when they move to a new home.  I could say we have the lowest prices, the best products, and great people who really care, but there is really no way to validate that until you experience it first-hand. 

You can start by selecting a product and then scheduling one of our flooring specialists to measure and evaluate your home or business for the installation of the product you have selected.  

We do.  Our crews have typically been with us for years and frequently receive praise from our customers. 

Great! We are happy to provide the flooring product of your choice. We have a wide range of IN STOCK floor options to consider, but we are happy to special order whatever you like! If you have a good contact to install your floors, by all means do so, but it is not a requirement. 

 Our estimates are free with one exception.  If you are simply looking for an estimate for an insurance claim we charge $45.00 but even that is refundable, should you decide to purchase your flooring from Premier Flooring. 

There really is no way to answer that question until one of our flooring specialists has measured and evaluated your project and you have made a flooring selection.

In most cases yes, but that will depend on how extensive the renovation project is and how much of your home will be affected.  There are few instances where it may not be safe to be in the home such as sanding and finishing a hardwood floor. 

Certainly, we will move the furniture if we install the flooring.  There are a few special circumstances where we cannot move things such as aquariums, fragile things such as china,  water heaters, or appliances that require the removal of a “gas” or hardwired electrical connection.  One of the reasons our flooring specialist will visit your home or business before we give you an installed price is to evaluate what has to be moved to install your new floor.   

Absolutely!  Just give us an idea of what you like, and we will be happy to help you along your journey to find the right floor.   

Unfortunately, I cannot answer this with certainty, however, I can say if you choose to purchase from our stock, you are welcome to take your new flooring when you pay for it.  If you choose material other than our stock it can be available as soon as the next day.  Some products could take 30 days depending on manufactures production.  Most of our special-order products are available in 3 days.  If you would like us to install your flooring, we typically schedule installation in 1 to 2 weeks. 

If we install the flooring, the product manufacturer’s warranty is in full effect, and we warranty our labor for one year from the date of installation. 

Short answer?  The floor you like!   However, you may want to consider the new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring for its extreme water resistance, durability, and versatile installation applications. The beautiful styles and colors are an added bonus!    

 Solid hardwood is just that, a solid piece of wood. It comes in various widths and thickness. Some positives about using a solid hardwood product are that it can last a LONG time. A lifetime, if cared for properly. Solid hardwood floors can be sanded down and re-finished as is wears and styles change. It is recommended that owners take a trip or find another place to stay away from home during the refinishing process however. Solid hardwood floors tend to shrink and expand more with changes in the temperature and humidity in your home. Something to be aware of when you are considering this gorgeous flooring product.   

Engineered hardwood can look identical to a solid hardwood floor. It is usually a bit more budget friendly than a solid floor and it tends to not move as much with humidity and environmental changes. It is another beautiful  product to consider. We carry several engineered hardwood options in  stock!

Laminate’s strongest benefit over all is scratch resistance and surface durability.  In addition, there is a wide variety of styles and colors that replicate hardwood, tile, and stone flooring.  The better laminates look so much like these products that many people can’t tell the difference after they are installed!  Recent advances in technology have even made some laminates “water resistant”, eliminating one of the traditional weaknesses of this product category.   

Yes, it is true that you can break or crack ceramic tile, however it would take some unusual effort to break properly installed ceramic tile, such as dropping your large cast iron frying pan from waist level or perhaps a hammer that gets away from your picture hanging efforts and crashes to the floor.  Short of that ceramic tile is about as close as you can get to a “lifetime” floor as long as the surface it is placed on remains solid and stable.  So, if you are looking for durability it is really hard to beat ceramic tile.  Combine this inherent durability with the timeless beauty of ceramic tile and you have a floor that will not only serve but will delight many families after yours. 

We do!  We keep a large stock of economical and durable sheet vinyl in widths up to thirteen foot five inches for only $.79 per square foot.
